Chrissy Miller is a Louisiana native and recent transplant to the growing city of Las Vegas. She has over 20 years of experience in leadership, arts management, music education, ministry, and mentorship ranging from local church and community groups to the Grammy Award-winning New Orleans Jazz Orchestra and Essence Festival of Culture, the largest festival in the world celebrating Black Culture.

A vocalist and musician herself, Chrissy knows how to work a stage, from the crowd out front, to the logistics in back. She is an adventurer, and thrives on mixing great planning with a generous dash of spontaneity. Often known as the “calm” in chaos, she prides herself with bringing a humble spirit of excellence to every endeavor. As founder of The Creative Mill, Chrissy champions mentorship, networking and collaboration, and personal development. She values creating opportunities for others to grow, shine, and thrive through exposure, enlightenment, and empowerment.
